All Sales Are Final — Here’s Why

Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are considered final once shipped.
This policy allows us to offer unbeatable pricing on wholesale pallets and ensures fairness to all customers by preventing cherry-picking and pallet swapping.

Please review all product descriptions, conditions, and manifests (when available) carefully before purchasing.


Exceptions & Conditional Refunds

We do stand behind our accuracy. Refunds or partial credits may be considered under the following conditions:

You May Be Eligible If:

  • You received a completely different pallet than what was described or purchased
  • The shipment was lost or damaged in transit
  • There was a major discrepancy in the listed vs. delivered content (based on documented manifest)

Note: Minor cosmetic damage, repackaged items, or typical liquidation wear-and-tear are not eligible for returns.


Return Requests (If Eligible)

To initiate a return review:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the delivered pallet and items
    • Description of the issue

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your pallet was damaged or lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include images and details
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and coordinate a resolution or replacement
